I get asked a lot "Can you make me staff?" The answer to that is, I can. But there are stipulations to becoming staff.
First off being active on the forum is important. Posting wisely, respecting others, not spamming or flaming is a great help. Knowing when to delete or edit a post.
Following all RULES is a must. Yes sometimes we tend to bend the rules a little but depending on the situation it can be over looked.
I look for people starting topics pertaining to each catagory.
Once the forum becomes more active I will be looking for "FL'S" -- Forum leaders. From there you can advance to Jr. Mod (which is not up yet) Moderator, then Super Moderator. Being Administrator will take some time. Trust is a big factor.
Hopefully everyone understands how to become staff.
Looking forward to advancing members in the future. For now just be patient.
